Research focus on

digital transformation, actor engagement, innovation, business models and marketing strategy, particularly related to actors transitioning to operate in environments of very high interdependences such as those moving to network-centric relationships, platforms and service ecosystems. Teaching focus on digital marketing, digital transformation, contemporary services management and services marketing. Eleven years of professional experience with senior roles in marketing across countries in the insurance industry.
